I like this. Groovy and driving with a lyricist who means business. The way those rhymes break down into more and more syllables at the end of each verse is magic. Minimalistic insturments, but that isn't a flaw here. It gives it a rough, raw, slightly worn feel that is right at place with the lyrics.
Seriously, though, if you want people to actually use this, fix the CC terms on the left. Your author comments conflict with the Licensing Terms, which say BY-NC-SA.
Talk about a late response... Unfortunately the band was put on hiatus due to Samantha moving away to focus on her career. I've been holding out, hoping she'd come running back to me, but alas! :D
The music will be moved to a new band soon.
Anyway thank you sir, I appreciate the positive feedback. It has been an incredibly welcome stroke to my ego. I don't know whether you'll see this, but i guess I'm posting this to establish that your kind and meaningful words have not gone unnoticed.
Nice song. Quiet and peaceful, but not dead. I liked it.
If you want people to actually use it, though, you need to change the CC licensing terms on the left to just Attribution. You've got it set on the default, which is BY-NC-SA 3.0. It needs to be BY-3.0.
Otherwise, good job.
Thank you for commenting. I will replace the license as you suggested.'
#edit: i actually can't find anywhere that allows me to change it.
